The DrivingInsights Applied Coaching Workshop is a practical, one-day programme designed to equip organisations with effective coaching skills to reduce driver risk and improve fleet safety performance.

The workshop focuses on using the DrivingInsights profile to help drivers understand how their mindset, attitudes and approach to the traffic environment directly influence decision-making and road risk. Participants learn how these psychological factors translate into real-world driving behaviour and, crucially, how to coach drivers to make safer choices.

Using a structured coaching framework, the workshop provides a clear, repeatable approach to personalised driver coaching. Participants develop the skills to hold focused, meaningful coaching conversations that increase driver self-awareness, encourage responsibility for risk, and support continuous improvement through small, practical changes in behaviour.

By the end of the workshop, participants are confident in applying coaching techniques that engage drivers, support behavioural change, and contribute to measurable reductions in fleet risk.
